The validity period of the agreement is generally 1 year. If either party violates the agreement, the other party has the right to terminate the agreement, but it must notify the other party and the insured in advance and report to the administrative department of labor security for the record. \ x0d \ x0d \ Article 9 Prescriptions for external use must be made by doctors in designated medical institutions, with their signatures and seals. Prescriptions for external use should be managed separately, and separate accounts should be established. Designated retail pharmacies should regularly report the occurrence of prescription dispensing services and expenses to the social insurance agencies in the overall planning area. \ x0d \ x0d \ Article 11 The social insurance agency shall strengthen the inspection of prescription dispensing services of designated retail pharmacies and audit the expenses. Designated retail pharmacies are obliged to provide materials and account lists related to cost audit. \ x0d \ x0d \ Article 12 Social insurance agencies shall, in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of basic medical insurance and the agreements signed with designated retail pharmacies, settle the expenses in full and on time. In violation of the provisions of the fees, social insurance agencies will not pay. \ x0d \ x0d \ Article 13 The administrative department of labor and social security shall organize relevant departments such as drug supervision and administration, price and pharmaceutical industry to strengthen the supervision and inspection of prescription dispensing service and management of designated retail pharmacies.
