Fault and repair of hydraulic cylinder

(1) Because the oil circuit is blocked, the pressure oil in the system does not enter the oil cylinder at all, so it is necessary to dredge the oil circuit at this time; (2) Poor installation and connection may lead to other external forces in the direction of movement, so it is necessary to re-install the oil cylinder correctly. The hydraulic cylinder can move, but the moving speed is too slow. Cause of failure and solution: (1) It may be that the oil supply of the hydraulic pump is insufficient, resulting in the pressure not going up. At this time, it is necessary to troubleshoot the hydraulic pump; (2) It may be caused by excessive system leakage. At this time, it is necessary to check the sealing performance of each component and pipeline; (3) The rod cavity and rod cavity of the oil cylinder cross-flow, that is, part of the pressure oil in the high-pressure cavity leaks from the piston seal to the low-pressure cavity, and the piston seal assembly needs to be replaced at this time; (4) The cylinder barrel or piston of the oil cylinder is excessively worn, so it is necessary to consider whether to repair or directly replace it; Hydraulic cylinder crawling (1) The hydraulic cylinder is caused by air intake, and exhaust treatment is needed at this time; (2) Foreign matter and moisture are mixed into the hydraulic cylinder, causing local strain and sintering. At this time, it is necessary to polish the inner wall of the cylinder to find out the cause of foreign matter. (3) Due to poor installation, the center line of the hydraulic cylinder is not parallel to the guide rail of the guide sleeve and needs to be reinstalled; (4) The dynamic seal is too tight, and the seal needs to be adjusted at this time; (5) The axes of the piston and the piston rod are different and need to be corrected; (6) The guide sleeve is different from the cylinder shaft and should be corrected. (7) When the piston rod is bent, it needs to be straightened; (8) The cylindricity of the cylinder bore is not good. At this time, the cylinder will be bored, and there will be jitter or even abnormal noise when reloading. (1) air is mixed into the hydraulic cylinder through exhaust; (2) The sliding surface is too tight or the surface is rough and needs polishing; (3) When the piston seal is damaged, the oil in the high-pressure chamber will quickly drain back to the low-pressure chamber and hiss. At this point, the piston seal needs to be replaced; The hydraulic cylinder leaks (1) and the seal is damaged and needs to be replaced; (2) If the parts are deformed or damaged, they need to be corrected or replaced directly.
