The tariff for the month is the sum of the multiplication of the electricity consumption of different categories of electricity consumption and the corresponding tariff of kWh, of which, except for the residential and temporary electricity consumption, the installed capacity of more than 100 kilowatts (kVA) should also be subject to the implementation of power factor adjustment tariffs, and the percentage of increase or decrease in the collection of electricity is detailed in the "Measures for Power Factor Adjustment of Electricity Tariffs".
Two-part tariff
The tariff of the two-part tariff consists of kWh tariff, basic tariff and power factor adjustment tariff. Among them:
The electricity tariff = electricity tariff × electricity consumption
For the six major industries of machinery, metallurgy, chemical industry, medical care, building materials and textile, the calculation of electricity tariffs should be based on the peak, flat and valley time periods, respectively, the specific tariffs for the peak, flat and valley time periods, when the time periods are divided into details, see the "on the trial implementation of peak and valley time division of the tariffs of some industries, the notice".
Basic tariff=basic tariff×billing capacity
Basic tariff can be calculated according to the transformer capacity or according to the maximum demand, and it is up to the customer to choose the way of billing, but the billing method selected by the customer shall not be changed within one year.
When the basic tariff is calculated on the basis of the transformer capacity, the billing capacity is the sum of the transformer and the capacity of the high-voltage motor not connected through the transformer.
When calculating the basic tariff on the basis of maximum demand, the billing capacity shall be the maximum demand recorded in the maximum demand meter installed by the power supply department. When the maximum demand is less than 40% of the sum of the capacity of the transformer and the high-voltage motor that does not pass through the transformer, the calculation is based on 40% of the sum of the capacity.
③Power factor adjustment tariff = (kWh tariff + basic tariff) x power factor adjustment ratio
