In terms of geochemical exploration, the regional geochemical exploration of favorable metallogenic belt has been carried out for the first time in China, and the study of stratigraphic geochemical profile of Yanshan platform fold belt has filled the blank of geochemical research of standard profile in China. In recent years, the eco-environmental geochemical survey in Tianjin and its surrounding areas has been actively explored. In remote sensing, more than 20 remote sensing projects have been completed, and the outstanding achievement award of remote sensing geological projects at or above the provincial and ministerial level has been won for six times. The recently completed project "Dynamic Monitoring of Mineral Resources Development in Jixian County, Tianjin" is the first time that China has carried out detailed monitoring of mineral resources development and its environmental impact in a region.

(2) Solve the problems left over by geological prospecting units in medical insurance, endowment insurance, capital construction and housing. Improve the treatment of technicians, improve the social status of geologists, and vigorously introduce geological professionals.
