RL is the state of Rhode Island in the United States.
The U.S. state of Rhode Island (abbreviated as RL) is known as the State of Rhode Island and Providence Estates. Due to the long name, it is generally shortened to Rhode Island. Geographically it is the smallest state in the United States of America and the state with the longest state name in the United States.
Rhode is pronounced the same as Road. This state is part of New England in the northeastern United States. It was also one of the early 13-state confederation in the American Revolution.
