National standards for airtightness testing

I. Implementing Standards:

1. PVC Plastic Windows JG/T3018-94

2. Testing Methods for Mechanical Forces Bearing on Exterior Window of Buildings GB9158-88

3. Wind Pressure Resistance of Exterior Window of Buildings Graded and Tested GB/T7106-2002

Three, testing equipment: XMCY-C-type door and window tester, tape measure, dynamometer

Four, test details:

4.1: appearance quality: the surface of the window should be smooth, the color should be basically uniform and consistent, no cracks, no bubbles, welded seams are smooth, and shall not be used to affect the use of the scars, impurities and other defects.

4.2: Dimensional deviation:

4.2.1: The permissible deviation of the external dimensions of the window frames and sashes is shown in the table

Dimensional deviation of the window mm

Dimensional range of window height and width

300-900

901-1500

1502-2000

>2000

Window size allowable deviation

≤2.0

≤±2.5

≤±3.0

≤±3.5

Difference of diagonal size

≤3.0

Hardware fittings, sealing strips, etc., should be compatible with the quality of windows.

4.3 Opening force:

4.3.1 Number of specimens and sampling method:

The number of specimens for the same window is three. The specimen selection method is random sampling or selection.

4.3.2 Requirements for test pieces:

The test pieces shall be qualified products of the production plant, and shall not be attached with extra spare parts or special assembly process.

a, the setting of the test piece should be in accordance with the design requirements, or according to the relevant specifications.

(If abnormal glass breakage occurs in the testing process due to the glass quality problem or the inlay quality does not meet the requirements of the relevant specifications, it should be re-determined.)

b, glass thickness, type and inlay should be in accordance with the provisions of the manufacturer.

4.3.3 Installation of specimen:

The installation of specimen shall be as close as possible to the stress situation in actual use, and the installed specimen shall be in accordance with the standard state at the time of design, e.g., the window surface shall be vertical and the lower frame shall be horizontal, and deformation due to installation shall not be allowed.

4.3.4 Testing method:

Window opening force:

4.3.4.1 Static force: release the lock of the window, but do not open the window, apply static force on the handle or manipulator along the direction of opening, and measure the minimum static force that can make the window open.

4.3.4.2 Power: If the static force exceeds the specified value, and it is necessary to make the window open by pulling the sash violently, the following power test shall be made.

Pull the sash with the force generated by the free fall of a 50N weight, and determine the height of fall of the weight (in mm) that can open the sash.

The weight is tied to a length of 1m, the diameter of 2-3mm seven strands of steel wire synthesized rope, the other end of the rope and the handle or manipulation device is connected to the determination of the window sash locks will be loosened, and then in the direction of the opening of the power exerted.

4.3.4.3 Force required to move the sash (static force)

Slowly move the sash and measure the force applied during the movement.

Record the maximum and minimum values of the force required during opening and closing.

4.4 Airtightness performance:

4.4.1 Preparation for testing:

4.4.1.1 Number of test specimens:

The same window type and gauge size shall be tested with at least three test specimens.

4.4.1.2 Requirements for specimens:

The specimens shall be qualified products manufactured or developed in accordance with the drawings provided. They shall not be accompanied by any redundant
