The signboard setting referred to in these measures refers to the act of setting up signboards, signs, light boxes, neon lights and font symbols used to indicate names, font sizes and trade names on buildings (structures) and their ancillary facilities at the place of business or office. Article 4 The competent department of urban management is responsible for the supervision and management of outdoor advertising and signboards set up.
Public security, urban and rural planning, housing and urban and rural construction, transportation, emergency management, market supervision, meteorology and other departments in accordance with their respective responsibilities, responsible for the management of outdoor advertising and signboards set up related work.
Street offices, township (township) people's government in accordance with their statutory duties to do a good job in this area of outdoor advertising and signboards set up management. Article 5 Citizens, legal persons or other organizations found in violation of the provisions of the management of outdoor advertising and signboards, have the right to report to the competent department of urban management or other relevant departments; the relevant departments shall, upon receipt of the report, deal with it in a timely manner according to law. (6) laws, rules and regulations provide for other circumstances. Article 13 The installation of large outdoor advertising shall obtain the consent of the competent department of urban management, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the approval procedures.
Large outdoor advertising refers to advertising facilities on either side of the length of more than or equal to 4 meters or advertising facilities on a single side of the area of more than or equal to 10 square meters of outdoor advertising. Article 14 An application for setting up large-scale outdoor advertisement shall be submitted to the competent department of urban management with the following materials:
(1) application form;
(2) business license or other documents proving the qualification of the main body;
(3) documents proving the right of use of the outdoor advertisement carriers and the location of the carriers;
(4) design drawings and renderings of the outdoor advertisement facilities;
(v) production instructions and safety maintenance measures for outdoor advertising facilities;
(vi) other materials prescribed by laws, regulations and rules.
