ZBBV refers to what wire

A, ZBBV wire refers to flame retardant class B copper core polyvinyl chloride insulated wire, where Z stands for flame retardant, B stands for flame retardant level, BV stands for copper core conductor polyvinyl chloride insulated wire.

Two, common wire and cable model meaning:

R-connection with flexible cable (wire), soft structure.

V-insulated polyvinyl chloride. V-insulated polyvinyl chloride V-polyvinyl chloride sheath

B-flat (flat).

S-Twisted pair type. a-tin or silver plated.

F-High temperature resistant

P-Braided shielding P2-Copper tape shielding P22-Steel tape armoring

Y-Prefabricated type, generally omitted, or polyolefin sheath

FD-Product category code, refers to branch cable. The standard of the Ministry of Construction to be issued with FZ, its substance is the same

YJ-cross-linked polyethylene insulation

V-polyvinyl chloride insulation or sheath

ZR-flame retardant type

NH-fire-resistant type

WDZ- Halogen-free and low-smoke flame-retardant type

WDN- Halogen-free and low-smoke fire-resistant type

For example: SYV 75-5-1 (A, B, C)

S: Radio frequency Y:Polyethylene insulation V:Polyvinyl chloride sheath A:64 braid B:96 braid C:128 braid

S: RF Y:Polyethylene insulation V:Polyvinyl chloride sheath p>

75: 75 ohm 5: cable diameter is 5MM 1: represents single core

SYWV 75-5-1

S: RF Y: polyethylene insulation W: physical foam V: PVC sheath

75: 75 ohm 5: cable outer diameter is 5MM 1: represents single core

Example: RVVP2*32/0.2 RVV2*1.0 BVR

R: Flexible wire VV: Double sheathed wire P shielded

2: 2-core multi-stranded wire 32: 32 copper wires per core 0.2: 0.2MM diameter of each copper wire

ZR-RVS2*24/0.12

ZR: Flame-retardant R: Flexible wire S: Twisted-pair

2: 2-core multi-stranded wire 24: 24 wire per core

2: 2-core multi-stranded wire 24: 24 wire per core

This is the first time that we have used this type of wire. Stranded wire 24: 24 copper wires per core 0.12: 0.12mm diameter of each copper wire

Three, the meaning of the specification representation

Specifications using the number of cores, nominal cross-section and voltage rating

①Single-core branch cable specification representation: the same circuit of the number of cables * (1 * nominal cross-section), 0.6/1KV,

such as: 4 * (1 * 185) +1 * 95 0.6/1KV

② Multi-core stranded branch cable specifications: the number of cables in the same circuit * nominal cross-section, 0.6/1KV,

such as: 4 * * 185 +1 * 95 0.6/1KV

③ Multi-core with the same sheath branch cable specifications: the number of cores of the cable × nominal cross-section - T, such as: 4 × 25-T

Four, the complete model specifications

Because the branch cable contains the trunk cable and branch cable. And the two specifications of the structure is different, so there are two methods of expression:

①The trunk cable and branch cables are expressed separately,

such as: trunk cable: FD-YJV-4*(1*185)+1*95 0.6/1KV

Branch cable: FD-YJV-4*(1*25)+1*16 0.6/1KV

This method is particularly important when designing. p> This method is particularly concise in the design, can easily indicate the different specifications of the branch line

② the trunk cable and branch cable together, such as: FD-YJV-4 * (1 * 185/25) +1 * 95/16 0.6/1KV

This method is more intuitive, but is limited to the branch cable for the same specification, can not indicate the branch line of the Different specifications:

Since the branch cable is mainly due to the 1KV low-voltage distribution system, its rated voltage of 0.6/1KV can be omitted in the design labeling.
