According to the Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions (Order No.652 of the State Council), Interim Provisions on Public Recruitment of Public Institutions (Order No.6 of Ministry of Personnel), Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of New Personnel in Public Institutions in Guizhou Province (Qian Ren Fa [2006] No.4) and Operating Measures for Public Recruitment of Public Institutions in Guizhou Province (for Trial Implementation), with the consent of the county party committee and county people's governments, it is proposed to pass the approval of the competent departments of various public institutions. County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau audited and reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval (Bi Ren She Fu [2017] No.410), and 70 staff members of township institutions were openly recruited for the society. In order to ensure the smooth progress of recruitment, the "General Rules for Open Recruitment of Township Institutions in Jinsha County in 20 17" (hereinafter referred to as the "General Rules") is specially formulated.
I. Principles and procedures of open recruitment

The recruitment work implements the "three openness" system of open application conditions, open examination procedures and open examination results. In accordance with the recruitment plan, recruitment announcement, registration, examination, physical examination, inspection and political examination, publicity, employment approval procedures.
Second, the recruitment position
For specific recruitment positions and requirements, please refer to the 20 17 Open Recruitment Table for Township Institutions in Jinsha County (hereinafter referred to as the "Position Table", Annex 2). Recruitment majors are set in strict accordance with the Catalogue of Reference Professions for Civil Servant Examination in Guizhou Province.
Third, the recruitment target and application conditions
(1) Having China nationality;

The following persons are not allowed to apply:

(3) "special post teachers" who were still in service as of July 28th, 2007.

(thirteen) personnel who do not meet the requirements of the recruitment target, the application conditions or the qualifications required for the post;

Four. Information release, registration and qualification examination

4. Registration requirements:

VIII. Investigation and Political Review
The inspection and political review shall be organized and implemented by the competent department of the recruiting unit.
An investigation and political examination group shall be set up for the investigation and political examination work, consisting of more than two formal staff members. The inspection and political review team should listen to opinions extensively, be comprehensive, objective and fair, truthfully write inspection and political review materials, make political review conclusions, and put forward employment suggestions.
Candidates who pass the physical examination are determined as the objects of investigation and political examination. Investigation and political examination are conducted by consulting personal personnel files, field trips, individual conversations and letters and other related materials. The contents of the investigation mainly include the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, family planning status, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, and whether it is necessary to avoid them. When inspecting the political examination, it is necessary to further verify whether the candidates meet the prescribed qualifications and determine whether the information and materials submitted at the time of registration are true and accurate.
During the inspection and political review, if it is determined that "the following persons are not allowed to apply for the exam" or fail to submit the required academic qualifications, degree certificates, relevant qualification certificates or post qualification documents before the date of 20 17 12 3 1, the qualification for entering the next stage will be cancelled.
Eight, publicity and employment approval
(1) Publicity
Candidates who have passed the written examination, interview, physical examination and investigation, and political examination are determined to be candidates. The list of persons to be employed shall be publicized on the website of Jinsha County People's Government for 7 working days and subject to social supervision.
If there are serious problems affecting employment during the publicity period, the employment qualification will be cancelled; If it is difficult to verify for a while, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire or not will be decided after verification and conclusion.
(2) Employment approval
If there is no problem at the expiration of the publicity period or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the County People's Social Security Bureau will review and report to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for the record, and the competent department of the recruiting unit and the recruiting unit will go through the employment examination and approval procedures in accordance with relevant regulations.
