Female employees in non-management positions retire at the age of 50;
(2) If she is disabled due to illness or non-work-related, and the city, district and county labor appraisal committees determine that she has completely lost her ability to work according to the labor appraisal procedures, her retirement age is 45 years old (regardless of workers or cadres);
(3) The retirement age for women who have been engaged in high-altitude and particularly heavy manual labor for ten years, underground and high-temperature work for nine years or other jobs harmful to health for eight years shall be 45.
(4) If a person who participates in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees is sentenced to criminal detention or reeducation through labor, and reaches the legal retirement age during the period of serving his sentence or reeducation through labor, the retirement formalities shall be suspended until the expiration of his sentence or reeducation through labor.
