Control points of standardized training process for residents

I. Purpose of training

Understand the objectives and significance of national basic public health service projects, and fully grasp the service objects, service contents, service processes and requirements of 55 items in 14 category contained in the National Basic Public Health Service Standard (Third Edition).

Second, the training requirements

(a) to understand the background and purpose of the national basic public health service project;

(two) to understand the basic concepts, main contents, work objectives and significance of national basic public health services;

(three) to master the changes in the third edition of the national basic public health service standards and work indicators;

(four) focus on the service object, service content, service process, service requirements and work indicators of residents' health records, and have a deep understanding of the entry, maintenance and use of electronic health records;

(five) focus on mastering the service object, service content, service process, service requirements and work indicators of health management for patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes and the elderly;

(six) to master the service object, service content, service process, service requirements and work indicators of health education and health literacy promotion;

(seven) to master the service object, service content, service process, service requirements and work indicators of the health management of children aged 0 ~ 6 and maternal health management;

(eight) to master the service object, service content, service process, service requirements and work indicators of the management of patients with severe mental disorders and the health management of tuberculosis patients;

(nine) to master the service object, service content, service process, service requirements and work indicators of TCM health management;

(ten) to understand the service object, service content, service process, service requirements and work indicators for reporting and handling infectious diseases and public health emergencies;

(eleven) to understand the service object, service content, service process, service requirements and work indicators of health and family planning supervision and coordination.

Third, the time schedule and training content

(1) Overall progress

It is suggested to combine theoretical training with daily self-study. 104 class hour. Among them, theoretical training is concentrated for 3 days, accounting for 24 hours; Daily self-study 10 days, accounting for 80 class hours.

(B) pay attention to theoretical training

The reference period is 3 days and 24 hours.

Interpretation of Service Standards for Residents' Health Records Management (12 10 class hour)

1. Understand the basic concepts and clients of residents' health records management;

2. Understand the goal and significance of residents' health records management;

3. Master the new contents in the third edition of the Service Standard for Residents' Health Records Management;

4. Master the service content and service process of residents' health records management;

5. Master the service requirements and work indicators of residents' health records management.

Interpretation of health management service standards for the elderly (2 hours)

1. Understand the clients of health management for the elderly;

2. Understand the goal and significance of health management for the elderly;

3. Master the new contents of the third edition of the Health Management Service Standard for the Elderly;

4. Master the service content and service process of health management for the elderly;

5. Master the service requirements and work indicators of health management for the elderly.

Interpretation of Health Management Service Standards for Patients with Chronic Diseases (4 hours)

1. Understand the clients of health management for patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes;

2. Understand the goal and significance of health management for patients with chronic diseases;

3. Master the new contents of the third edition of Health Management Service Standard for Patients with Chronic Diseases;

4. Master the service content and service process of health management for patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes;

5. Master the service requirements and work indicators of health management for patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes.
