How to treat plantar warts?

Plantar wart is a common wart that occurs in the foot. It is caused by human papillomavirus infection. If the immunity is low and not treated in time, it will grow longer and more, which will affect the health of feet. Physical therapy is generally easy to relapse. How should plantar warts be treated?

1, argyi therapy

(1) material: 200g of folium artemisiae argyi, 0/00g of alum/kloc, 500ml of water.

(2) Usage: Put the Folium Artemisiae Argyi into a casserole, pour in clear water, and completely submerge the Folium Artemisiae Argyi. Bring the fire to a boil, and continue to cook for 20 minutes on medium heat. There is about 300ml of water left in the casserole, and then alum is added to dissolve it. When the temperature drops to about 40 degrees, fumigate the feet for 20 minutes twice a day. One dose of medicine can be used continuously for 3~6 times. It needs to be heated and boiled before use to avoid spoilage. General fumigation 1~2 times takes effect 7 days later, and plantar warts begin to shrink.

There are many people in society who replace the constitution of cold, dampness and phlegm. Most skin diseases are related to moisture. Folium Artemisiae Argyi and Alumen can remove moisture and are commonly used drugs to treat skin diseases. Folium Artemisiae Argyi is pungent and warm, and has the effects of promoting blood circulation and dredging channels, dispelling cold and removing dampness, stopping bleeding and relieving pain. Alum is mainly composed of potassium aluminum sulfate dodecahydrate, which tastes sour and cold, and has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials, diminishing inflammation and corrosion, eliminating dampness and killing insects, astringing and stopping sweating, and promoting diuresis and dehumidification. The combination of these two drugs can reduce sweating on the soles of feet, eliminate moisture on the soles of feet, inhibit the growth of bacteria in feet and promote blood circulation in feet.

2. Other treatment methods

(1) oral medication. The therapeutic components of oral drugs reach the affected area through blood circulation for treatment, so a large amount of drugs are needed to kill the virus, and the medication takes a long time, and generally takes several courses of treatment, which has certain side effects.

(2) local medication. Most patients' plantar warts can disappear by themselves within 1 ~ 2 years after onset. Local medication can relieve symptoms, but it is not the first choice for radical treatment. For plantar wart, there is no professional drug treatment at present, and western medicine usually gives antiviral and bactericidal skin potion, which takes a long treatment period. Traditional Chinese medicine generally uses Equisetum Equisetum, Rhizoma Cyperi and other traditional Chinese medicines to soak the affected area, which is mild in nature and can see obvious effects in about 15-30 days.

(3) physical therapy. In the treatment of plantar warts, most hospitals will use laser or cryotherapy. Although the trauma is small, it is easy to recur. Laser therapy can't eradicate subcutaneous virus, so it can't play a fundamental therapeutic role.

(4) Surgical treatment. It is to remove or corrode the cuticle of plantar wart by surgery, but it is also easy to relapse and has great trauma.

(5) Comprehensive treatment. This is a new method to treat plantar warts in recent years. It is mainly to soak the affected area with Zhixuekang, and then apply Zhixuekang liquid medicine, which can be repeated every day.

3. Preventive measures

Patients with plantar warts should pay attention to keep their feet clean and dry, and air their shoes more. Patients with plantar warts should pay attention to the following taboos in their daily diet: avoid smoking, alcohol, coffee, cocoa, spicy, hot food, moldy, fried and greasy food; At the same time, we should also eat more fresh fruits and vegetables to ensure adequate vitamins. Keep your stool unobstructed, too.
