Do you believe that people pay more attention to health in life, because only a healthy body can make you have a better life, and only a healthy body can help you with your work, and many people will go to the hospital for check-ups regularly, which is a good phenomenon, but it doesn't matter if you don't have time, so here are several ways to check your body, and you can make a simple understanding of your body according to these methods. I don't have time, it's too expensive, I'm fine ... Modern people always refuse to go to the hospital for various reasons, but they don't know that some minor illnesses can't be delayed and will cause big trouble.

In fact, only ourselves are the people who are most familiar with the body. Mastering the self-examination methods of some diseases daily can help us to judge the health level and find physical problems faster. Body temperature. The normal body temperature is between 36 and 27 degrees. Above this temperature is fever, below this temperature is hypothermia. The latter is common in elderly and frail patients with long-term malnutrition, and also in patients with hypothyroidism and shock diseases.

Pulse. Adult pulse rate is 60~ 100 times per minute. If it is found too fast, too slow and intermittent, it means that the heart is unhealthy. The heart rate of the elderly is generally slow, but it should be within the normal range, not less than 55 times per minute.

Take a deep breath. Healthy people breathe smoothly and regularly, about 15 times per minute. If you find that the depth, frequency and rhythm of breathing are abnormal, breathing is strenuous, and chest tightness and breath holding are abnormal, you should seek medical attention in time. The heart and lung function of the elderly is decreased, and palpitation and shortness of breath may occur after exercise, but they can recover quickly after rest, which should not be considered as the performance of the disease.

Blood pressure. Adult blood pressure should not exceed 140/80MMHG. The blood pressure of the elderly increases with age, but when the systolic blood pressure exceeds 16OmmHg, it should be taken regardless of the symptoms. Weight. Long-term stability of weight is one of the indicators of health. Short-term emaciation is seen in diabetes, hyperthyroidism, cancer, stomach, intestine and liver disease. Whether menopausal women should be fat or not is often considered morbid. Many short-term weight gains may be related to diseases such as hyperlipidemia, diabetes and hypothyroidism.

If all these aspects of your body are normal, don't worry too much. At least there is nothing wrong with your body, but you can't underestimate sexually transmitted diseases. You must pay more attention to your health in peacetime, so as to keep healthy and let your body pay attention to your daily life from diet or life.
