The topic of my speech today is "Pay attention to food safety and create a healthy life". As the saying goes, food is the first priority for the people, and food is the first priority. Food safety is the most powerful guarantee for life and health.
Recently, some of our classmates like to eat at roadside stalls because they are cheap and convenient, or because they are picky eaters, but they don't know that they are joking about their health or even their lives. Roadside stalls often use "gutter oil", which contains a variety of carcinogens. Moreover, the general hawkers have not passed the health examination and have no health permit, and some of them may be carriers and disseminators of pathogens such as hepatitis. Therefore, the school encourages students to eat in the canteen or at home to develop good eating habits and avoid food poisoning accidents. At the same time, I hope students don't eat cold food, ensure balanced nutrition and eat well.
4. Here I suggest students: Establish the concept of food safety. When buying food, you should try to choose a regular shopping mall or supermarket. At the same time, you must pay attention to whether there is manufacturer, production date, shelf life and damage on the packaging bag. Food without production license and safety sign must not be bought and eaten. Cultivate a good concept of diet. Try to eat breakfast at home, don't eat snacks and snacks from mobile stalls, and consciously resist the temptation of three-no food and low-quality food. When eating out, you should choose a restaurant with clean sanitation, disinfection of tableware, clean environment and complete licenses. Develop healthy eating habits. No picky eaters, no partial eclipse, three meals a day, regular and quantitative, no overeating. Bring your own cup, drink more boiled water, and drink less beverages containing preservatives and pigments. Develop good hygiene habits. Don't eat snacks casually on campus, don't throw litter, packaging bags and other rubbish, and keep the campus clean and tidy. Eat less fried, smoked and grilled foods.
Students, be kind to yourself, others and life for our tomorrow, parents' expectations and the burden of the country. Let's join hands, pay attention to food safety, develop good eating habits and be a healthy and progressive student! Thank you!
