Fuzhou Baoxin fish ball
Ingredients: 700g of sea eel, 800g of pork (lean meat)1500g of river shrimp.
Accessories: 50 grams of mushrooms (fresh), 50 grams of pork (fat) and 200 grams of sweet potato powder.

Ingredients: a grass carp (500g pure fish) and100g lean meat.
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 50g starch, carrot 1 root, mushroom150g.
Seasoning: a piece of ginger, a piece of onion, a handful of pepper, a proper amount of black pepper, 5g of salt and a proper amount of sesame oil.
