Preparation before leaving school

When taking public transport, you should wear an effective protective mask correctly. It is recommended to wear disposable medical masks or better protective medical surgical masks and N95 masks all the time, and pay attention to keeping a distance of more than one meter from others. If the mask is wet or used for 4 hours, it should be replaced in time, and the used mask should be wrapped and discarded in a special trash can.

Maintain hand hygiene at all times, and try to avoid touching public goods or other parts of the vehicle with your hands on the way home. If you come into contact with them, you should wash your hands in time or clean your hands with hands-free disinfectant. Avoid touching your mouth, eyes, nose and other parts with your hands when traveling. Wipe the phone and keys with sterile wipes or alcohol.

If you have fever, fatigue, dry cough and other symptoms during the trip, please report to the flight attendants in time and immediately go to the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution, and report to the community where the school is located.

Daily storage of thermometers, medical masks, disinfection supplies and other epidemic prevention materials at home. Actively monitor the health status of individuals and family members, and report the health status and itinerary daily according to the requirements of the school.

Maintain good personal hygiene habits, dry clothes and quilts frequently, don't spit everywhere, and cover your nose and mouth with paper towels when you cough or sneeze when you get home. Touch your mouth, eyes and nose with your hands before and after meals. Wash your hands with hand sanitizer and tap water or rub your hands with quick-drying hand sanitizer before caring for the elderly or children.

The bedroom is often ventilated with windows to increase indoor air circulation, 2-3 times a day for 20-30 minutes each time. Keep the home environment clean, mainly by cleaning, supplemented by preventive disinfection. Strengthening nutrition, scientific diet, moderate exercise, ensuring sleep, regular work and rest, and not staying up late can improve the body's immunity.

If you buy frozen food, you should go to a regular supermarket or market, avoid direct contact with your hands when buying, and wash your hands in time after buying. When processing frozen food, we should pay attention to separating raw food from cooked food and thoroughly cooking it. After processing, the chopping board, knives and other related items should be cleaned and disinfected.

Strengthen self-health examination. If you have symptoms such as fever, cough and fatigue, you should rest in isolation at home. If the fever persists or the symptoms get worse, you should take the initiative to go to the nearest fever clinic in time, and don't hide your illness. Wear a mask when you see a doctor, and don't take public transportation.
