Mental Health Teachers in Jiankang Road Primary School

? On September, 20021061June 17, I had the honor to participate in the psychological drama exhibition in primary and secondary schools in Henan Province. This training is not only guided by the theoretical knowledge of mental health education experts, but also the exhibition and broadcast of excellent works; There are not only the experience sharing and exchange of front-line teachers, but also the live drills and exhibitions of student teachers. Rich in content and diverse in forms, I benefited a lot, which not only gave me a deeper understanding of campus psychological drama, but also made me think about the development of mental health education in schools.

? Campus psychological drama (Guo Xiaoyan, 20 12) is a group psychological counseling form which starts from students' learning, interpersonal communication, emotion and other life realities, presents students' typical psychological conflicts, puzzles and troubles with the help of psychological counseling teachers and participants, and promotes students' cognitive understanding, emotional expression and behavior change. For schools, campus psychological drama is not only conducive to the effective development of school mental health education, but also can enrich campus cultural life, improve students' quality and stimulate their potential. In addition, campus psychological drama can provide students with real scene experience, take the initiative to feel and change, learn to help themselves and help each other, thus promoting the healthy development of body and mind.

? By watching excellent campus psychological dramas, I learned the relevant skills of arranging campus psychological dramas and accumulated a lot of experience. Regarding the highlights and creativity of the campus psychological drama broadcast in this training, I made the following induction and summary: 1. The topics are generally students' common psychological problems, small incision, deep excavation, combined with the background of the times and national policies and guidelines, with clear goals, and the whole drama serves the goals and does not deviate from them; 2. Screenwriters fully tap the language and non-language in psychological dramas. The language is concise, vivid and humorous. When there are too many languages, they can be expressed by singing, rapping and dancing. Non-verbal communication means other than language, such as body movements and facial expressions, can enrich the feelings of the characters and make the drama more appealing; 3. Supported by psychological theory, it conforms to the law of students' psychological development, and the problem-solving methods should be concrete, comprehensive, multi-angle and operable; 4. Give full play to students' autonomy and spontaneity, actively feel and change, tap their own potential and realize psychological self-help; 5. Pay attention to details, such as the choice of props, the collocation of clothes, the layout of scenes and so on. , must serve the plot; 6. The ending should be sublimated, from small to large, making people think.

? In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society, the mental health of primary and secondary school students has become an important issue for students' all-round development, which has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life. The requirements of self-development (students' study and healthy life) in the Guidelines for Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools revised on 20 12 and the Core Literacy of Chinese Students' Development published on 20 16 are the support for mental health education at the national level. And in the middle of this year (20021), the General Office of the Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Students' Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden in Compulsory Education, aiming at reducing the students' schoolwork burden and off-campus training burden. The academic burden of students not only includes the responsibilities and tasks that students should bear in their studies, but also includes the psychological pressure that students bear in the process. The introduction of these policies is enough to prove that the state attaches importance to mental health education for primary and secondary school students. Then, as a mental health teacher, how to keep up with the times and national policies and guidelines to develop mental health in such a big educational environment is a problem that I have been thinking and exploring. After this psychological drama training, I have the following thoughts:

? First of all, improve the school mental health early warning mechanism and psychological crisis intervention program.

? With the progress of social life, students' pressure in study and life will become greater and greater, psychological problems will increase day by day, and forms will gradually diversify. It is particularly important to identify, prevent and intervene students' psychological crisis, which requires us to constantly improve the school's early warning mechanism and psychological crisis intervention program. Of course, mental health education is not only a matter for psychological teachers, but also requires the joint efforts of all teachers to educate people in all directions. This requires the school to build a mental health early warning mechanism under the "linkage mode", from the participation of class students' psychological committee members to class teachers, as well as part-time mental health teachers, the intervention of psychological teachers, and the cooperation with college experts and social institutions to build students' psychological knowledge and coping system, so as to find and solve problems in time and promote the healthy development of students.

? Second, the curriculum educates people and makes mental health education "sound"

? School mental health education will be full of vitality only when it penetrates into daily education and teaching activities, and it can really moisten things quietly. Offering mental health education courses, conducting special lectures on mental health education, psychological community activities, campus psychological dramas, etc. Really let psychological knowledge penetrate into students' hearts, internalize in their hearts and externalize in their actions. In addition, it is necessary to popularize psychological counseling to all teachers to the maximum extent, popularize psychological knowledge to all teachers, and strive to make every teacher know how to use psychological skills, carry out interdisciplinary normalized psychological assistance guidance, and truly educate all employees. The process of subject learning highlights the value of intellectual education; Sunshine recess and sports meeting highlight the value of "strengthening the body" of sports; The association between music and beauty highlights the value of aesthetic education; Labor class highlights the value of labor education, pays attention to stimulating and tapping students' potential, exercises students' psychological resilience in frustration situations, stimulates positive emotional experience, cultivates healthy psychological quality and promotes students' healthy development.

? Third, the use of intelligent psychological cloud platform, the establishment of "online psychological files."

? With the rapid development of modern educational information technology, school mental health education also needs to rely on the platform of big data and information science. Establish online psychological files for all students, and establish continuous and tracked psychological files for each student according to the standard scientific process of "psychological investigation-analysis and judgment-making plan-implementation tracking-review and evaluation". Through the network information big data, we can show the changing law of students' mental health, find problems in time, solve problems and provide effective psychological counseling.

? Mental health education has a long way to go. Thanks to the guidance of education experts and the experience sharing of front-line teachers, I have more confidence in the next mental health education. In the future mental health education, I will continue to work hard, explore and accumulate experience, and strive to make the mental health education in our school more effective.
