Physical education class in Grade Five is one of my favorite courses. Every class is full of energy and fun, which makes me feel very full and satisfied.
In the fifth grade physical education class, our teacher attached great importance to our physical health and the cultivation of sports skills. Every class will have some basic sports, such as running, long jump and high jump. These projects can help us to exercise our physical fitness and improve our sports ability.
Besides these basic projects, the teacher will also introduce some interesting sports, such as basketball, football and badminton. These projects not only make us feel interesting, but also help us cultivate cooperation and team spirit.
At physical education class, we will also learn some sports skills, such as shooting, shooting and serving.
