The applicant logs in to the Know-it-all APP or Alipay applet through the mobile phone, and clicks on Ankang Code (Hefei). If the health information has been registered in the early stage, the platform will automatically bring out the information and submit the application after confirmation.
Returning (returning) fertilizer personnel and Hefei residents can apply for using Ankang code only after voluntarily and truthfully reporting basic health information. Those who have returned (returned) fertilizer should apply in advance, and those who have already gained fertilizer should apply for a pass according to actual needs.
