How to eat fried food healthily?
There are two tricks to deal with fried food: one is to choose oil carefully, and the other is to stay away from fried food. If you especially want to fry food, the healthy way is to find a suitable cooking oil. Supporters of frying cooking say that if clean oil is used and food is fried for a short time, only a small part of the oil will stick to the food, and some oils are healthier than others. Don't use lard, palm oil, coconut oil or other oils containing saturated or trans fats, because our digestive system can't absorb them, and they will be stored in the cells of the body, even in arteries and blood vessels. Olive oil, rapeseed oil and unsaturated vegetable oil are all good oils for fried food. These oils are rich in essential fatty acids, which are beneficial to the human immune system and make the brain more flexible.
