According to the quick exam, the National Professional Standard for Reproductive Health Consultants was issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security on June 25th, 2007. In order to regulate the professional behavior of employees, protect their legitimate rights and interests, establish professional standards for employees, evaluate their professional skills, and actively promote the national vocational qualification certificate system, this standard is formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
