So as a college student, how to determine whether the psychology of yourself or people around you is normal? Through the explanation of emotional understanding, I told my classmates about the influence of bad emotions and taught them how to identify, control and be the master of emotions. Mr. Liu Guiwen, a psychological counseling center, gave a lecture on "Growth of Love" to the students of the Institute of Chemical Technology in Yifu Building 3 12. The lecture is divided into four parts. First, how to understand love; Second, how to grow up in love; Third, college students' love view; Fourth, the cultivation of the ability to love. At the beginning of the lecture, Mr. Liu first played the most romantic thing, which led to the topic of "the growth of love" under the wonderful music background. Teacher Liu Guiwen, a psychological counseling center, held a mental health education activity with the theme of "Training Camp for Improving Interpersonal Relations" in mock trial, Yifu Building. Students from the School of Political Science and Law participated in this activity. Liu Guiwen tests students' mental health and their unity by playing games. Through the development of games such as blowing strong winds, snowballing and playing lovers, the team spirit of students is effectively promoted, and the agility of students is also exercised. Teacher Liu gave careful guidance and the students actively participated in the cooperation. The activity was conducted in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. This semester, guided by the spirit of the document "Opinions on Promoting Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in Suzhou", according to the characteristics of primary education and the law of psychological development of primary school students, our school has carried out various activities for all students, conducted mental health education and counseling for students, and helped students improve their psychological quality, perfect their personality and enhance their ability to resist setbacks and adapt to the environment.

1. To ensure the effective opening of "Sunshine House".
The psychological counseling room and sunshine room of our school were rated as qualified psychological counseling rooms in Suzhou. This semester, it will continue to be open for one hour every day. The teacher on duty in the psychological counseling room is responsible for counseling students and making relevant counseling records. For those with serious problems, we have conducted case follow-up counseling and carefully recorded cases to make mental health education more effective, standardized and scientific. This semester, the tutor of "Sunshine House" gave scientific and patient counseling to 97 cases, among which 12 students gave follow-up counseling, and all of them achieved good results. The "Sunshine House" became the "attendant" of the children.
2. Take the class as the face and carry out effective class group counseling.
This semester, our school further improved students' psychological files and collected and sorted out freshmen's psychological files. According to the characteristics of the students in the class, the head teachers of each class make use of the class meeting class to do group counseling once a month to coach the sexual psychology in the class and guide the students to form a positive and healthy psychology.
