How to handle the food hygiene certificate?

Recently, Turkish Customs has received a lot of imported goods, and the name of the consignee on the waybill is invalid or blank. In order to declare customs clearance effectively and correctly, the name of the consignee on the waybill must be complete and correct, and the waybill must be consistent with the invoice information. If the recipient is a private person, the waybill must indicate the full name (first name and last name) of the recipient; The consignee is the company, and the waybill must indicate the full name of the receiving company. Please confirm that the information is correct and effective before delivery, otherwise all consequences will be borne by the shipper.

Please understand and inform the other party of the above matters.

Note: Turkish Customs has regulations to change the recipient's information! The consignor must apply to the Turkish Embassy in China where the consignor is located for a letter to change the recipient's information, otherwise the customs will not accept the change of information. For details, please consult the Turkish Embassy in China.

Iranian food health certificate customs clearance certificate

First of all, introduction

The sanitary certificate of import and export commodities is also called the sanitary certificate. Hygiene certificate refers to the certificate that the exported animal products and food for human consumption have passed the hygiene inspection or quarantine. Suitable for casing, canned food, frozen fish, frozen shrimp, food, eggs, dairy products, honey and so on. It is a valid certificate for foreign delivery, bank settlement and customs clearance.

A brief introduction is as follows:

For the purpose of protecting national health, when importing certain commodities, such as food additives, food packaging containers, tableware, etc. The exporter shall provide a certificate issued by the authority of the exporting country to prove that the commodity meets the requirements of health and hygiene standards, can be used for normal human consumption and is harmless to human health.

Domestic inspection agencies are generally Commodity Inspection Bureau (CIQ) and Commodity Inspection Company (CCIC), and CCPIT can be selected according to the requirements of different countries. If exported to Turkey, CCIC inspection can be selected.

Second, deal with institutional differences.

Iranian food health certificate customs clearance certificate

Generally speaking, the countries that need health certificates in China are Turkish, Iranian, Egyptian, Romanian and other European countries, and a few countries in the Middle East and the East sometimes need health certificates. There are generally two channels for enterprises to apply for health certificates. One is the enterprise itself, and the other is the entrusted agency.

(1) Enterprises should apply for health certificates by themselves.

Institutions;

Go to the commodity inspection bureau for inspection.

Process;

The general inspection process is to apply for inspection after the goods are ready, and the inspection agency will take representative samples from the goods in proportion for inspection, and issue a health certificate if the results meet the standard requirements.

Requirements;

1, the enterprise itself has been registered with the Commodity Inspection Bureau.

2. Enterprises have their own inspectors.

3. Send the samples to the Commodity Inspection Bureau for testing.

(2) entrust an agency to handle the health certificate.

Institutions;

China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Quality Inspection Bureau

Process;

There is no need to inspect the goods, just scan the bill of lading.

Requirements;

Bill of lading information must be accurate.

Third, customs clearance differences.

Different countries have different requirements for health certificates. My suggestion is to send the scanned health certificate to foreign agents for confirmation. It is confirmed that there is no problem for foreign customers to arrange certification. Because foreign customers don't know the institutions with domestic health certificates, sometimes they need the commodity inspection bureau, but the result is the Council for the Promotion of International Trade, which leads to the delay of customs clearance at the destination port.

According to my understanding of doing so many health certificates, I summed up the following experiences, hoping to help everyone.

Türkiye

Turkey has the strictest requirements and supervision on health certificates.

1) Under normal circumstances, the health certificates shipped from Turkey are all health certificates that need to be sent to the Commodity Inspection Bureau for inspection. Foreign agents will generally ask the embassy to sign them, and in a few cases, they don't need to sign them.

2) The customs clearance health certificate of air transport airport can be certified without the Commodity Inspection Bureau, and CCIC and CIQ can also be certified.

3) To go to Istanbul, you must have a health certificate submitted by the Commodity Inspection Bureau and sign it. To Mersing and Izmir, sometimes CCIC and CCPIT go through customs clearance, and sometimes they don't.

Iran

Iranian health certificate is not very strict. You can go through customs clearance by doing CIQ, CCIC and CCPIT, but sometimes you are required to do CIQ when you go to Abbas, but it is rare.

Romalia

Like Iran, customs clearance requirements are relatively low.

Pay special attention;

The health certificate of the commodity inspection bureau can be found online.

The health certificates of CCPIT and QSIQ are not networked.
