1. Women can't let themselves be cold.

Slice ginger (ginger skin must be preserved), slice as much as possible, the hotter the better, and add a few spoonfuls of brown sugar. Don't be afraid of high calories, women can eat a lot of sugar during this period without getting fat. You can add some red dates and longan. Soak ginger tea in boiling water. Ginger tea that needs boiling is effective. If one cup is not enough, you can add brown sugar and soak it again. After drinking two large glasses, you will sweat all over and the pain will be relieved immediately. The key is to have enough ginger and enough hot tea.
