Permanent population aged 65 and above in the jurisdiction.
Article 2 Service Contents
Provide 1 health management services for the elderly every year, including lifestyle and health status assessment, physical examination, auxiliary examination, health guidance, etc.
Lifestyle and health status assessment. Through the consultation and self-assessment of the health status of the elderly, we can understand the basic health status, physical exercise, diet, smoking, drinking, common symptoms of chronic diseases, past diseases, treatment, current medication and self-care ability of the elderly.
(2) physical examination. Including routine physical examination of body temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference, skin, superficial lymph nodes, lungs, heart and abdomen, as well as rough measurement and judgment of oral, visual, auditory and motor functions.
(3) Auxiliary inspection. Including blood routine, urine routine, liver function (serum aspartate aminotransferase, serum alanine aminotransferase, total bilirubin), renal function (serum creatinine, blood urea), fasting blood glucose, blood lipid (total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol), electrocardiogram and abdominal B-ultrasound (liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen) examination.
(4) Health guidance. Inform the evaluation results and give corresponding health guidance.
1. Health management of patients with chronic diseases should be carried out for patients with essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes who have been diagnosed.
2. Patients with other diseases (non-hypertension or diabetes) should be treated or referred in time.
3. It is suggested that the elderly with abnormalities should be reviewed regularly or referred to higher medical institutions.

The national basic public health service project is an important content to promote the gradual equalization of basic public health services and an important work to deepen the reform of the medical and health system.
