This method is specially formulated to ensure that the company's quality, environment and occupational health and safety objectives can be decomposed layer by layer, effectively implemented and finally realized.

In the form of quality target decomposition diagram, including the company's quality target, target development, target value and the responsibilities of relevant departments. The quality management department is responsible for putting forward the quality target decomposition diagram, which is reviewed by the management representative, confirmed and approved by the general manager of the company, and distributed to relevant departments.

Quality objective evaluation
The quality inspection center shall summarize the implementation of quality objectives reported by various departments according to the Quality Objective Management Procedure, and submit them to the assessment team as the assessment basis.
Basic evaluation method
The assessment adopts the method of scoring, with the scoring rate as the assessment basis. Take the target value items of each department as the basic score, and score each item. Take the assessment result as the actual score, and calculate the score rate.
Examination and evaluation conditions
.. If the planned target is exceeded and the quality requirements are met, each item will be given extra points.

.. if it is not completed as planned:
A) If the' target' of the department is not completed, which affects the overall target of the company, it will be unqualified;
B) Deduct points for each item due to departmental reasons;
C) Due to the reasons of relevant departments, but failed to communicate in time, each item will be deducted.
D) If communication has been conducted due to the reasons of relevant departments, it will be calculated according to the basic score; ,

E) Due to the non-configurability of resources and facilities, if required by the department, it shall be calculated according to the basic score;
F) As the resources and facilities are not allocated, if the department does not ask for it, each item will get 1 point.
.. If the target of other relevant departments is not completed due to the reasons of this department, one point will be deducted for each item.
Evaluation of evaluation results
.. if the score rate is above 90%, the evaluation result is excellent;
.. the assessment result with a score rate above% is qualified;
.. If the score rate is less than%, the assessment result is unqualified.
According to the assessment results, the assessment team put forward the reward and punishment opinions of this assessment and submitted them to the general manager of the company for approval and implementation.
Measurement standard of evaluation results
.. For the unfinished targets in the assessment, the assessment team will review them according to the responsible department and determine the improvement measures.
