Health requirements include: clear mind, good mental state, no cognitive dysfunction, and no abnormality in language expression and writing ability; There is no obvious abnormality in internal medicine, surgery and dermatology, which does not affect normal work; Naked vision or corrected vision should not be less than 4.9, and there is no red-green color blindness; Whispering or stopwatch test without hearing impairment; There is no obvious abnormality in hematopoietic function. According to the results of blood cell analysis (venous blood instrument detection), white blood cells and platelets are not lower than the lower limit of reference interval: there is no obvious abnormality in thyroid function; The chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes are within the normal reference range.
The Specification for Occupational Health Surveillance of Radiation Workers retains and enriches the contents of GBZ_235 standard, and adds the contents such as the determination of occupational health examination categories, occupational health examination reports, examination items and examination methods under special circumstances, among which the determination of occupational health examination items and examination methods is the key content of revision. This revision gives the principles for determining the examination items. The general project inspection method is mainly based on the principle of GBZ_ 188 Technical Specification for Occupational Health Surveillance, and combined with the characteristics of radiation work, some basic data and special project inspection methods are implemented in accordance with relevant standards. About occupational health examination and ability evaluation: the chief physician can add corresponding examination items according to the name of radiation factors and the type of occupational exposure, and the principle of issuing reports is the same as GBZ_ 188. Article 15
The establishment of an employing unit that causes occupational hazards shall meet the conditions for establishment as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations, and its workplace shall also meet the following occupational health requirements:
(1) The intensity or concentration of occupational hazard factors meets the national occupational health standards;
(2) Having facilities suitable for the protection of occupational hazards;
(three) the production layout is reasonable, in line with the principle of separation of harmful and harmless operations;
(4) There are supporting sanitary facilities such as dressing rooms, bathing rooms and lounges for pregnant women;
(five) equipment, tools, appliances and other facilities meet the requirements of protecting the physical and mental health of workers;
(six) laws, administrative regulations and other requirements of the administrative department of health and the supervision and administration department of production safety in the State Council on the health protection of workers.
Article 21
The employing unit shall take the following occupational disease prevention and control measures:
(a) to set up or designate an occupational health management institution or organization, with full-time or part-time occupational health management personnel to be responsible for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in the unit;
(2) Formulating occupational disease prevention and control plans and implementation plans;
(three) to establish and improve the occupational health management system and operating procedures;
(four) to establish and improve the occupational health files and workers' health monitoring files;
(five) to establish and improve the monitoring and evaluation system of occupational hazard factors in the workplace;
(six) to establish and improve the emergency rescue plan for occupational disease hazards.
