Kou Shaoen (1957 August 19-), a native of Shenyang, Liaoning Province, is a Taiwanese TV presenter and a Manchu priest. He graduated from Chenggong Middle School and Fu Jen Catholic University with a level of 8 1, and was once the anchor of China TV Station.
