Can virus carriers get a health certificate?

What diseases cannot be treated with health certificates are as follows:

1, viral hepatitis

Viral hepatitis is an infectious disease caused by a variety of hepatitis viruses, mainly liver lesions. It is contagious and can be transmitted through blood, sexual contact and mother to child. At present, the pathogens of viral hepatitis have been recognized as five hepatitis viruses: A, B, C, D and E, which can be detected by liver function, blood routine and CT. People with general viral hepatitis will not pass the health certificate.

On June 1 day, 2009, China formally implemented the new Food Safety Law, and on July 20th, China issued the implementing regulations to allow hepatitis B virus carriers to engage in the food industry. Therefore, hepatitis B virus carriers can legally apply for health certificates, but they must have normal liver function and low virus content. They should avoid preschool education, medical care, catering and other industries and cannot engage in direct customer service in public places.

2, dysentery

Dysentery is a common infectious disease in summer and autumn, characterized by abdominal pain, increased stool frequency and diarrhea, which is generally caused by exogenous bacteria and unclean diet. Dysentery can be found by routine stool examination. Because dysentery is contagious, it is generally not possible to apply for a health certificate if you suffer from dysentery. You can apply for a health certificate only after dysentery is cured.

3, typhoid fever

Typhoid fever is caused by typhoid Bacillus and typhoid Bacillus, which is contagious. Common symptoms are: persistent high fever, special poisoned face, hepatosplenomegaly, skin rosacea and so on. Salmonella typhi has strong viability in nature and is easily infected. Typhoid can be detected by blood routine, stool routine and urine routine. If you have typhoid fever, you can't pass the health certificate. You can apply for a health certificate after typhoid fever is cured.

4. Active tuberculosis

The saliva and sputum produced by patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis contain Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which is contagious. Patients generally have low fever, cough, emaciation, fatigue, loss of appetite and other symptoms. Active pulmonary tuberculosis can be detected by chest X-ray, CT and ppd skin test, and those with active pulmonary tuberculosis will not pass the health certificate.
