Publicity materials for public consultation activities of 20XX World Mental Health Day in Zhang zhen Central Health Center 20xx1June 10 is World Mental Health Day, and this year's theme is "Mental Health and Social Harmony". At present, mental health has become an important public health problem and a prominent social problem. About 25% of people in cities in China have different degrees of psychological crisis, and 20%~30% of college students have various psychological problems. It is understood that the prevalence of mental illness in our district is as high as 13.47‰, but the rate of seeking treatment for mental patients is very low, and only 20%~30% of patients have been treated.

"No mental disorder does not mean that the spirit is completely healthy. In fact, mental health problems will almost inevitably appear in a person's life. The most common example is inferiority complex and the most extreme example is suicide. These problems have hindered the growth and development of individuals to some extent. However, mental health problems do not necessarily mean mental illness. " Bao, director of the Psychological Crisis Intervention Center of Inner Mongolia Mental Health Center, said. With the rapid development of social economy and increasing competitive pressure, the incidence of mental illness caused by mental disorders is increasing year by year. The disabled population in our district accounts for 6.39% of the total population, and the mental disability accounts for 8.92%.

Bao Ying Ji reminded that with the increasing pressure of life, many people are in sub-health state, so it is very necessary to seek psychological counseling. At present, due to the lack of popularization and publicity of mental health knowledge, most people have insufficient understanding of mental illness, lack of due understanding and sympathy for patients, and the phenomenon of prejudice and discrimination is more serious, which leads to the failure of some mental patients to return to society smoothly and produces a strong sense of shame. Even if some patients and their families have certain mental health knowledge and realize the nature of the disease, most people would rather endure the pain themselves than seek the help of psychologists, thus delaying the treatment.

It is understood that common mental diseases include anxiety disorder, personality disorder, substance use disorder, eating disorder, psychosomatic mental retardation and stress response disorder. There are also some so-called unhealthy psychological and behavioral problems, mainly including suicide, alcoholism, drug abuse, adaptation disorder and behavioral problems of children and adolescents.

Attention should be paid to the psychological problems of children and adolescents.

Xiaohui (a pseudonym), a senior one girl in a school in the capital, does not abide by the school regulations and is unwilling to associate with freshmen. She only contacted her former classmates and didn't want to go to school. According to the analysis of psychologists, Xiaohui has entered adolescence and has an independent self-awareness. She uses her own values to judge people and things around her, showing the duality of "mature independence" in thought and "naivety" in behavior, which requires the assistance of parents, schools and society.

Sun Ya, director of the Psychological Center for Children and Adolescents of Inner Mongolia Mental Health Center, told reporters that nowadays, people are paying more and more attention to the psychological problems of children and adolescents. Take the psychological clinic for children and adolescents in this center as an example. At the beginning of its establishment in 2003, almost no patients came to consult. In recent years, children and teenagers often come to clinics for consultation and treatment. At least 30 million 17 children and adolescents in China suffer from various emotional disorders and behavioral problems. According to epidemiological investigation, children's emotional and behavioral problems include depression and anxiety, and the incidence rate is as high as 10%~30%. Sun Ya told reporters that the reasons for the increase in children's psychological problems are very complicated, mainly related to the rapid development of society and the instability of people's adaptability.

Six Common Psychological Problems of College Students

In recent years, the mental health problems of college students have also increased greatly. Huang Yongqing, an expert specializing in mental health problems of college students in Inner Mongolia Mental Health Center, once treated a junior girl. The girl said that she hasn't talked about boyfriends since her junior year, but all the other sisters in the dormitory have boyfriends. At the same time, she is worried that she will not pass the graduation class. These troubles make her unable to integrate well into her study life, so she is often upset. After understanding, the girl's parents often quarrel, and she is very insecure. At school, I always feel that my classmates look down on her and have some ideas.

Law also dare not communicate with classmates, and is very sensitive to everything. After many consultations and treatments by psychologists, she finally overcame these troubles.

Huang Yongqing said that the common psychological problems of college students at present are: First, they are too "self-centered". At present, the vast majority of college students are only children, living relatively well since childhood and accustomed to "living alone". So about half of college students think that they don't get along well with their roommates, and their psychological state is easily influenced by their roommates. The second is the trouble of interpersonal communication. In the survey of college students, about 20% students are troubled by interpersonal problems, and they don't understand and dare to communicate with others actively. The third is inexplicable anxiety. Some students have no confidence in the future, and nearly half of them are worried about their future employment prospects. Fourth, I don't know how to solve my bad emotions. In the survey, when college students encounter psychological troubles, some students choose to escape, and the measures they take are nothing more than listening to music and shopping. Few students choose to talk to others or ask for help. The fifth is blind complacency and narcissism. Because I was admitted to the university, my classmates envied me, my parents praised me and my relatives and friends celebrated me. In this narcissism, I gradually lost the tension and fighting spirit in high school. I think that my high school is already excellent, and the university will not be too bad, so I relax my requirements and become blind and complacent. Sixth, the sense of disappointment and falling out of favor. When I was in middle school, I listened to the teacher and seniors introduce how beautiful the university is, thus idealizing the university. However, after entering the university, I felt that the gap between ideal and reality was too big, which led to disappointment. Old people are prone to psychological problems. Li Nainai, who is over 70 years old this year, has recently lost sleep and forgetfulness, and can't eat anything. Seeing that the old man around her was ill in hospital or died, she thought that her time was running out, so she was on tenterhooks all day. Later, it was discovered by children and sent to Inner Mongolia Mental Health Center for comprehensive treatment.

Wang, an expert in the treatment of psychological problems of the elderly, said that after entering old age, physiological functions have gradually changed, cells, tissues and organs of the body are aging, their functions are declining, and their adaptability to the environment is weakened. At this time, if influenced by family and social environment, it is easy to have psychological problems. Li Nainai's senile mental illness is very common among elderly patients, accounting for about 60%~70% of outpatients. She pointed out that the common psychological problems of the elderly are: mental excitability and fatigue, emotional instability, personality change, pessimism and inferiority, maladjustment, sensitivity and paranoia and maladjustment after retirement. Old age is a period of rapid social role change. Many people can't adapt to this role change well, and it is difficult to maintain psychological balance, resulting in anxiety, depression, nostalgia, negative behavior and even suicide. People who are sensitive and suspicious when they are young will be more sensitive and suspicious when they are old. When others say a word, they will think twice about it. If they feel a little sick, they will suspect that they have cancer. They often quarrel with others because of trivial matters, or hold a grudge against others, and some don't trust others, and as a result, they become withdrawn and isolated. In addition, some elderly people have "empty nest syndrome" because of maladjustment after their children get married and live independently, which is also a common psychological crisis for the elderly. Wang pointed out that being open-minded is a great tonic for treating life troubles. No matter what ups and downs you encounter, you should be optimistic, not pessimistic. Only with a positive attitude and a normal mind can we find a way to deal with the problem and get out of the predicament. ;
