Dear students, the eyes are considered as the windows of the soul and the most important organs in human senses. About half of the knowledge and memory in the brain are acquired through the eyes, which are used for driving, reading, identifying people and things, swimming online, playing chess and enjoying beautiful scenery. It brings us a lot of external excitement, it reflects a lot of internal beauty, it keeps the light in our hearts, and it makes life colorful.

However, once upon a time, our eyes were no longer clear and bright. Fatigue, illness, improper use of eyes and other reasons make our vision blurred. With the growth of grade, there are more and more "little glasses" around. Class vision statistics show that the myopia rate of individual classes is as high as 20%, which is a problem that cannot be ignored. We should take active actions, keep in mind the belief of caring for our eyes and protecting our eyesight, implement the requirement of caring for our eyes in our daily behavior, and minimize the influence of myopia on us. On the occasion of the National Eye Care Day (June 6th), the brigade issued the following initiatives to the students:

1, good habit: read and write with "three ones", that is, eyes are one foot away from the book, fingers are one inch away from the pen tip, and body is punched from the table. Don't read while walking or riding a bike, don't read while lying down, and don't read in places where the light is too strong or too dark.

2, reasonable diet: not partial eclipse, not picky eaters, eat more foods rich in vitamins and calcium, eat less candy and foods with high sugar content, arrange our diet structure reasonably, and get enough nutrition from the diet.

3, adequate sleep: adequate sleep is an important reason to eliminate fatigue, restore learning ability, but also the main factor to maintain good health. Live regularly, go to bed early and get up early, get enough sleep and have a proper rest.

4. Do a good job in health care: insist on doing eye exercises correctly and in place every day to relax eye muscles and protect eyes. Strengthen physical exercise, advocate outdoor activities, always concentrate on seeing the distance, often bask in the sun and breathe fresh air. Check your eyesight regularly, rest and recuperate appropriately according to your eyesight, and gradually adjust and correct your eyesight or prevent myopia from deepening according to your doctor's advice.
