In today's society, people already know the importance of maintaining health and good living habits. People used to eat three meals at home. They eat more vegetables and less meat and fish. They are very good and seldom go to see a doctor.

Now that life is good, people eat more fatty foods such as meat, fish and eggs. They often go out for a big meal with their family and friends. But they get sick easily. Why?

I think eating more meat and fish and taking less exercise are harmful to your health. A good rest, less meat and fish, vegetables and enough exercise are good for your health. So I exercise every day. My eating habits are very good. I ate a lot of vegetables. I eat fruit and drink milk every day. I drank a glass of water and how many fruits and vegetables I ate 15 minutes before each meal. Of course, I also like junk food. Eat it with me once a week. I sleep for 9 hours every day.

The better we form good eating habits, the happier we will be and the better our life will be.
