(1) Requirements of service organizations
1. Pre-pregnancy eugenics health examination shall be undertaken by county-level family planning technical service institutions, and the practice license of family planning technical service institutions and the practice license of medical institutions shall be obtained. Family planning technical service institutions at the county level do not have the Practice License for Medical Institutions, and may entrust medical and health institutions at the same level to undertake it.
2. Township family planning technical service institutions cooperate with designated county-level service institutions to carry out related services, mainly undertaking tasks such as health education, basic information collection, medical history inquiry, general population consultation and guidance, early pregnancy and pregnancy outcome follow-up. Conditional township family planning technical service institutions can undertake some clinical examination projects.
3. Village-level family planning service room collects information of planned pregnancy couples within its jurisdiction, assists county and township service agencies to carry out health education, and organizes qualified planned pregnancy couples to voluntarily go to the service agencies that provide prenatal eugenics health examination for inspection. Collect clues to report early pregnancy and pregnancy outcome.
