Article 2 The State implements the policy of giving priority to the prevention of infectious diseases. When making social and economic development plans, governments at all levels must incorporate the prevention and control objectives of infectious diseases and organize relevant departments to jointly implement them.
Article 3 The health administrative departments of governments at all levels shall exercise unified supervision and management over the prevention and control of infectious diseases. The health authorities of other relevant departments entrusted by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall exercise the functions and powers of the law on the prevention and control of infectious diseases in this system.
