What is the problem with the blue screen crying face display device of the computer that needs to be restarted?

Generally speaking, you may encounter the following four reasons for blue screen errors.

1. Occurs after a Windows update is performed.

2. Occurs after the hardware is installed

3. Appears after installing or updating software (including driver software/application)

4. Other factors (i.e. anomalies not caused by the above circumstances)

First, the solution of the first three items is mainly to return to the normal situation before.

If an exception occurs after the Windows update, delete the latest update.

If the hardware is abnormal after installation, remove the hardware;

If an exception occurs after installing or updating the software, please delete or roll back the previous version of the software.

How to roll back the previous version of the driver through the device manager?

1) Right-click [Start] (1) and click [Device Manager ](2).

2) Click the triangle (3) next to the device type of [Display Adapter]. Right-click [Intel UHD Graphics Card 620] (4), and then click [Properties ](5).

This step takes the Intel display adapter driver as an example. In fact, please roll back the version according to the driver error you encountered.

3) Click [Driver ](6) and [Rollback Driver ](7).

4) Select [Why should I revert to the previously installed driver ](8), and then click [Yes ](9). The system will start to roll back the driver to the previous version.

2. If the blue screen error is caused by other factors, please refer to the following steps to eliminate it.

A. Before the operation

● Remove external devices, such as external hard disk, printer, memory card, CD in CD-ROM drive and adapter card in card reader.

● Update the BIOS to the latest version.

● Perform system update and driver update to the latest version.
