Dog owners shall strictly abide by the following provisions, raise dogs in a civilized manner according to law, and shall not harm the legitimate rights and interests of others or interfere with the management order of public places:
When taking a dog out of the house, you should bring a dog registration certificate, a dog leash or a dog chain, which will be led by a person with full capacity for civil conduct to avoid pedestrians, especially the elderly, the disabled, pregnant women and children. At the same time, it is necessary to carry cleaning appliances and remove the outdoor feces of dogs in time;
When carrying a dog on a public elevator, you should put a muzzle on the dog or put the dog in a dog bag, and tighten the dog rope to lead the dog personally;
Individuals who raise large dogs must be led out by adults who have the ability to control dogs. Large dogs are not allowed to leave the house during the following periods: from March to1October, from 6: 00 to 9: 00,1:00 to 14: 00, 16: 00 to 23: 00; Every day from 6: 00 to 9: 00,11:00-14: 00, 16:00-22:00. Large dogs must wear muzzle and leash when they go out. When carrying a large dog out of the house, you are not allowed to take the public elevator or walk the dog in public areas such as parks and squares.
Dogs kept by individuals should be kept in the dog's main residence;
Dog owners shall not abuse or abandon dogs. Dogs that give up feeding and are not taken in shall be sent to the dog detention center;
Do not condone behaviors that interfere with others' normal life, such as barking, nor do you allow dogs to intimidate others, and vertical dogs to hurt people.
In addition to providing temporary custody services for dogs, dogs are prohibited from entering the following places:
Organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions, stations, docks, airports, hospitals, schools, kindergartens and other institutions;
Theaters, museums, libraries, art galleries, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, playgrounds, scenic spots and other public cultural and entertainment places;
Community public fitness venues and other public sports venues;
Dining places and shopping malls;
Public transport other than mini taxis. To take a small taxi with a dog, you must obtain the driver's consent, and put a muzzle on the dog or put the dog in a dog bag;
Other public places designated by the government according to needs.
Blind people carrying guide dogs, severely disabled people carrying support dogs and sick people carrying treatment support dogs are not subject to the above restrictions.
