Inner-party supervision, like the party's body immune system, has the functions of correcting mistakes, preventing punishment, restricting checks and balances, guiding and promoting, forming strong immunity, keeping the party's body away from diseases and keeping healthy. For a long time, a prominent problem in the party is that the supervision within the party is weak, the main body of supervision is scattered, the supervision responsibility is not clear enough, and the operation and effectiveness of the supervision system are not strong, especially the supervision of senior cadres has not played its due role; Unwilling to supervise, afraid to supervise, resisting supervision and other phenomena exist to varying degrees. The supervisor at a lower level is afraid of losing the ticket, the supervisor at the same level is afraid of hurting people's hearts, and the supervisor is afraid of overspending; In many places and departments, inner-party supervision has been held high and gently put down, becoming a slogan. The absence of supervision within the party has led to the weakening of the party's leadership, the lack of party building, and the ineffectiveness of strictly administering the party in an all-round way, which has caused great harm to the party's physical health.
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the CPC Central Committee has unswervingly promoted the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, summed up experiences and lessons, innovated the management system, and earnestly strengthened inner-party supervision. Seize the "early" mark and go forward bravely. It is the greatest concern and care of the Party organization to find, remind and deal with the problems existing in party member cadres as soon as possible and prevent small problems from turning into big problems. Our party entrusts leading cadres with power, which is trust, cultivation and test. Leading cadres shoulder the great trust and heavy responsibility of the party from the moment they accept power. The higher the position, the greater the power, the heavier the responsibility and the stricter the supervision. It is necessary to firmly establish the concept that "trust cannot replace supervision", tighten the bolts of supervision, tie up the fence of the system firmly, let leading cadres feel awe, awe, responsibility, test and restraint at all times, and ensure that the power in their hands is really used for the benefit of the people.
Enhance the sense of supervision. Some leading cadres have embarked on the road of violating discipline and law, because their ideals and beliefs are shaken, their sense of discipline is weak, and their daily management and supervision are weak. Our party is the ruling party, leading cadres have power in their hands and face all kinds of temptations, so they are easy to be hunted down. If supervision is not strengthened, problems will easily arise. It is not easy to train a leading cadre through party spirit education, and strengthening supervision is the love for leading cadres. Party organizations at all levels and the broad masses of party member cadres should earnestly enhance their sense of supervision, and constantly improve their sense of responsibility and consciousness in fulfilling their supervisory responsibilities and consciously accepting supervision.
