The purpose of the health checklist does not include

The purpose of the two certificates:

Qualification certificate: it is a professional title certificate, which is related to the professional title level and treatment after work.

Practice certificate: it is a post certificate, and the representative can practice in the corresponding post. Persons with qualification certificates, but without practice certificates, shall not engage in nursing activities stipulated in the technical specifications for diagnosis and treatment.

Difference:

1. Acquisition method:

Qualification certificate: issued directly by the examination department after passing the examination. Only when the results are qualified can everyone get the qualification certificate.

Practice license: the applicant needs to fill in a registration application form and submit it to the health department for examination and approval with relevant materials such as proof of grades, academic qualifications and employment contract. If the work unit has no job invitation, even if it gets the qualification certificate, it can't register the practice certificate.

2. Acquisition time:

Qualification certificate: the qualification certificate is issued first, usually six months after the end of the exam. That's about the end of the year. For details, please pay attention to the announcements of local health bureaus or nurses' notes.

Practice license: it is necessary to apply to the health administrative department for approval after the medical institution agrees to register. Generally, the first registration is made within three years after passing the exam.

When registering, you must bring the Application Form for Nurse Registration (in duplicate), the Health Check-up Form for Registered Nurses, the original and photocopy of graduation certificate, the photocopy of ID card, the original qualified report, etc.
