The correct use of rubber wood chopping block
1. After we bought a cutting board made of rubber wood, we should disinfect rubber wood chopping block with boiling water before using it for the first time.
2. Dry rubber wood chopping block is often dried in the sun, so it is not easy to breed bacteria. Sunlight can kill bacteria. 3. At the same time, you can use some ginger, onion and garlic. These plants contain a plant antibiotic. Scrubbing the chopping block with them can destroy the bacteria on the chopping block and remove the odor on the chopping block.
4. It is best to put two kinds of chopping boards at home. Raw meat and vegetables are used separately, which is not easy to breed bacteria.
5. After each use of rubber wood chopping block, clean it up and wipe it with a clean cloth. If there is fishy smell of fish and meat, you can wash it with rice with oil and salt, then wash it with warm water and dry it.
6. If the old mold has grown on the rubber wood chopping block, it is recommended not to use it again. But you can also wash it with rice washing water or detergent, then blanch it in boiling water and dry it in a ventilated place.
