How to get health from sound?
What's that noise? It is the impression that the sound waves generated by the vibration of an object pass through the air to the ear and then through the auditory nerve to the brain. There are two kinds of sounds, namely music and noise. Music refers to the regular vibration of the pronunciation body, which is soft and pleasing to the ear. Noise refers to the irregular vibration, strong sound, disharmony and even harsh sound of the pronunciation body. The intensity of sound is called sound intensity, which is generally expressed in decibels. The most suitable sound intensity for people is 15 ~ 35 decibels, and music sounds fall into this range. The average resting place is 50 decibels. It's as high as 70 decibels, which is annoying. The decibels in buses or trains are mostly between 80 and 90, which belongs to the noise range.
