Long-term home isolation and online classes have caused certain family conflicts, and teachers and students in senior three need to adapt to school isolation and resumption of classes ... For this reason, our school has launched online teaching of psychology classes. Chen Yan, a teacher in our school, recorded the courses of Seeing Emotion, Transforming Emotion, Balancing Emotion with Body, and Welcoming Class with a Positive Attitude, and distributed them to every student online.

When the epidemic struck, the psychological counseling room of Rainbow Bridge compiled materials such as What Parents Should Do in COVID-19 Epidemic, Five Kinds of "Tonics" for Home Isolation, Tips for Self-guidance of Home-based Care for the Aged, Writing for You: Disaster, Belief and Self-confidence, and What We Learned from the Epidemic, and posted them online for every student and parent to learn.
Third, psychological lectures
On June 12, at the invitation of Mancheng District Education and Sports Bureau, Chen Yan, a teacher of our school, gave a lecture entitled "Prevention and debugging of mental health in primary and secondary schools after the epidemic" at Mancheng Vocational Education Center for leaders and psychological education teachers in charge of safety or mental health education in schools directly under the district, which was well received by the leaders and psychological teachers of Mancheng District Education and Sports Bureau. On June 18, Chen Yan was invited by Baoding Institute of Education to give a lecture entitled "Analysis Map of Shayouli" for mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools in the city online, which was well received by the leaders of Baoding Institute of Education and psychological teachers in the city, and the number of online listeners exceeded 500. On July 26th, Chen Yan was invited by Baoding Working Committee of Hebei Psychological Society to give a lecture entitled "Cultivating children's adaptability and self-control ability from body movements" for parents in the whole province, which was well received by parents and friends.

At the beginning of the epidemic, psychological volunteers quietly went into battle to provide psychological services for people who were troubled by the epidemic. Psychological service is inseparable from systematic study and training. The full-time and part-time psychological teachers of our school participated in online peer supervision of middle school psychological teachers and online lecture hall of "Focus on Epidemic Road" organized by Baoding Institute of Education, online training of key personnel of mental health education in primary and secondary schools organized by Baoding Education Bureau, online training of psychology department of Tsinghua University Academy of Social Sciences and Beijing Happiness Public Welfare Foundation, online training of psychological assistance hotline of Huazhong Normal University of the Ministry of Education, online training of Hubei Oriental Mingjian Mental Health Research Institute, etc.

In the first half of 2020, the psychological counseling work in Rainbow Bridge Psychological Counseling Room was mainly one-on-one online counseling, and most of the visiting students were recommended by the class teacher or parents. After returning to school, because of the need of epidemic prevention, psychological counseling focuses on psychological mailbox counseling in addition to necessary face-to-face counseling. In the second half of 2020, some classes began to make appointments for psychology classes, mainly aimed at the adaptation and pressure release of senior three freshmen. Individual counseling is mainly provided by class teachers, teachers or parents for students with serious psychological problems, and a few students with general psychological problems make appointments independently. During this period, Chen Yan's psychology class "We Are Together" won the second prize in the evaluation of mental health education activities in senior high schools.

Chen Yan and Li Baoying, two psychological teachers in our school, not only completed the psychological consultation work in the school, but also actively served the society with their own professional expertise. Two teachers, * * *, participated in the online help work organized by a social worker in Wuhan and the psychological help hotline of the Women's Federation in Mancheng District of Baoding City; Teacher Li Baoying also participated in the psychological assistance hotline in Mancheng District; Teacher Chen Yan also participated in the "Green Channel of Psychological Crisis Intervention" public welfare activity sponsored by Hebei Women's Federation and Hebei Psychological Intervention Association, and the psychological assistance hotline of the Communist Youth League of Baoding Municipal Committee 12355. The professional abilities of these two teachers have been recognized by various organizations. Teacher Chen Yan was awarded as "Excellent Volunteer" in Baoding 12355 epidemic psychological assistance, and was the red flag bearer of Baoding Women's Federation in 2020.
