What is the international version of the health code? Zhejiang regards health code as a sharp weapon for fine classification and control, especially for the actual situation of overseas Chinese, international students and other foreigners returning to Zhejiang, and launches the international version of health code. In order to distinguish it from the domestic version properly, it will be divided into orange, yellow and green. As of today 12, the province has distributed 72.092 million health codes, including 3 10000 in the international version. In order to meet the new requirements of preventing overseas input, the precise intelligent control index has been iteratively improved to better play the role of macro-guidance.
The function of health code is to strengthen the information collection and judgment of people entering Zhejiang, give full play to the role of overseas Chinese delegations' chambers of commerce and their relatives, not only persuade overseas Chinese to settle down, but also make customs and services move forward. Relying on the platform for pre-declaration of health information of returned overseas Chinese, Zhejiang understands the willingness to return to China in advance, simultaneously implements the contact mechanism, actively follows up related services, and strives to "know in advance, know when boarding, and know when landing".
Since the health code declaration was launched on March 5, the health information pre-declaration platform has accepted 25,000 declarations, forming an effective one-stop information sharing mechanism for entry personnel in the province. In addition, a 24-hour consultation service hotline has been set up for overseas Chinese, and an overseas public service platform has been established. These measures not only benefit overseas Chinese and other overseas personnel, but also provide information sources for epidemic prevention and control in the province.
Epidemic prevention and control should set up epidemic input defense lines at national and provincial passes. Our province has effectively strengthened the responsibility system for the first stop, especially the airport port, and implemented the health and quarantine work for entry personnel according to the risk level of international flights. In view of the characteristics of long incubation period and asymptomatic infection in COVID-19, nucleic acid detection was carried out for people with fever or respiratory symptoms and their close contacts who entered countries and regions with serious epidemic situation, combined with big data screening to ensure early detection, early reporting, early isolation and early treatment. On the other hand, give full consideration to the reasonable concerns of immigrants, so that people from low-risk countries and regions can go through customs as smoothly as possible, so that health personnel can avoid cross-infection. Many overseas Chinese recently entered China from other cities and then came to Zhejiang. In order to achieve seamless docking, our province has sent working groups to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other key ports to strengthen contact confirmation and information sharing at the first time, coordinate personnel docking and transshipment, emergency response and other work, and strive to reduce the risk of epidemic spread that may occur on the way.
