Second, the existing problems
(1) The unfavorable factors faced by industrial production are increasing, and the supporting pressure for growth is great. Negative growth is expected in the second half of the year. Among them, five enterprises, including Kerry Mining, Hongyu Industry and Trade Yongfeng Mining, Na Xiang Rosin Factory and Jiahua Mining, were demolished for environmental reasons. Five enterprises, including Xinheli, Gangxiang Silicon Manganese, Xiangda Chemical, Chang 'an Stone and Qingpeng Floor Materials, stopped production and environmental protection rectification; Guangyuan Mining, Jinhai Mining and Xinglian Mining stopped production due to market influence; Four enterprises, including Beibu Gulf Iron and Steel, Guiyuan, Kaisheng Mining and Hongfeng Fertilizer, switched to production; Pingji sugar production is in a state of seasonal suspension; The above-mentioned enterprises have no new output value except Pingji sugar industry, and retaining last year's base will continue to slow down the growth rate of the whole region until negative growth occurs; Industrial projects have been newly built and put into production, and few of them meet the above requirements, lacking growth potential. (2) The progress of industrial projects is slow and the growth potential is insufficient. The slow progress of land supply has affected the progress of the project. This year, there are five industrial projects on the list, and only Libaixing Food passed. The medical projects of Goldwind Technology, Essokai New Materials and Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Industrial Park lacked land use indicators and failed to start construction as scheduled. Few projects have been completed and put into production, and it is difficult to meet the specified requirements. So far, there are only two new projects that can be completed and put into operation this year in the whole region: Xinrongxing Building Materials and Qingrong disinfection products, and only 1 is expected to reach the standard.
(3) Affected by other factors, the production cost of building materials enterprises has risen sharply. Affected by the recent initiative to reduce production capacity and strong environmental protection, the prices of raw materials such as sand and gravel needed for industrial production have been rising continuously, with an increase of more than 100%, which has affected the production of Jianhua Building Materials, Xinrongxing, China Resources Concrete, Yiyuan Concrete and other enterprises.
Third, the next step
(1) Grasp the industry and promote its high-quality development.
