A: Maybe the system is busy or there is something wrong with the network. It is suggested to change the network first or try again later. If it still doesn't work, it may be because of the account problem bound by WeChat.
Solution to prompt "Name does not match user" when logging in and registering:
1) See if your WeChat is your real name, and change it to your real name if it is not necessary.
2) The mobile phone number popped up during registration verification, please check whether this mobile phone number is your own. If the phone number popped up on WeChat is not in your own name, click another phone number below and enter a phone number with your own name.
3) If WeChat, mobile phone number and bound bank card all have their own names or cannot be registered, you can click Feedback at the bottom of Longjiang Health Code page, leave relevant information and feed it back to the background platform.
Remarks:
1. How to find out whose real name WeChat is: Open WeChat, click Me-Service-Wallet-Identity Information, and check the status of real-name authentication. Here you can see whose real name WeChat is.
2. The real name of WeChat is not how I changed it. Follow the first operation above. If I don't click "change my real name" and follow the WeChat prompts, I can cancel the replacement of my real name authentication.
