1. Check whether the real-name authentication of WeChat is my own, open WeChat, and select the payment option in the lower right corner interface. In the payment interface, click the button in the upper right corner. After entering the payment management interface, select the real-name authentication option. On the real-name authentication page, check whether the information of WeChat real-name authentication here is my own. If not, click the change real name option below to change the information of WeChat real name authentication to myself, because the health code application directly uses WeChat real name authentication information;
2. Re-apply for the health code. On the epidemic prevention health code page, click the View Epidemic Prevention Health Code button below. On the Personal Center page, click the Login button below. In the pop-up self-declaration option box, enter your mobile phone number and click the Allow button below. Please fill in the SMS verification code in the input box and enter the received SMS verification code. After jumping to your health code page, click the enter self-service declaration button below, fill in the relevant information and regenerate the health code.
