At present, there are four listed companies in JD.COM, namely JD.COM Group, which went public in the United States in May 20 14, Dada Group, which landed on NASDAQ in June 2020, JD Health, which went public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in February 2020, and Jingdong Logistics, which went public in Hong Kong in May 200214.
Now, JD.COM Group plans to divest its production and development in JD.COM and list its industries in JD.COM. If it is successfully completed, there will be seven "JD". COM "listed companies (including Debon shares).
