Physical examination time: every Monday to Friday at 8: 30 am-10: 30 am (except holidays).
Materials required for handling documents: the medical examiner must bring a recent one-inch color photo of himself bareheaded.
Handling process: fill in the physical examination form-pay fees-collect blood-take stool-health knowledge training-chest X-ray-physical examination-physical examination for men and women with skin diseases, and those who pass the physical examination will receive a health examination certificate.
Time for obtaining evidence: obtain evidence three working days after the physical examination on the same day, from 0: 00 to 4: 00 every Monday to Friday (except holidays), and bring the payment receipt to the license room for obtaining evidence. The health certificate should be kept for three months.
