Prepare:
1. Wash the side dishes, stir-fry the ginger and garlic, shred the ham, dice the tomatoes and tender tofu, and beat the eggs evenly for later use.
2. Add three spoonfuls of sweet potato powder and water and mix well to make a thick juice.
Exercise:
1. Heat the oil in the pan, add ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, add tomatoes, millet and peppers, stir-fry tomato juice, add purified water to boil, add two spoonfuls of chicken essence, one spoonful of pepper, salt, oyster sauce and white vinegar, then add side dishes and cook for two minutes, then add tofu granules, stir gently and cook for one minute.
2. Put the sauce evenly into the pot and gently stir it out.
