The following measures have been implemented since 20021117, and will be dynamically evaluated and adjusted according to the change of epidemic situation. We will release relevant adjustments in time.
Personnel entering (returning to) Beijing must hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and the green code of "Beijing Health Treasure". Within 14 days, the number of counties (cities, districts and banners) infected in COVID-19 exceeds 1 case (including 1 case), and it is strictly restricted to enter (return to) Beijing. Civil aviation, railways and highways will strengthen long-distance boarding and inspection at checkpoints in Beijing. Commuters in the area around Beijing must hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours after entering (returning) Beijing for the first time after the implementation of this measure, and must hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 7 days after entering (returning) Beijing every time. Please make preparations in advance, arrange the itinerary reasonably and cooperate with the inspection work for friends who have plans to enter (return to) Beijing.
2. 14 days, people who have lived in the county (city, district, flag) where the land border port is located are not allowed to enter (return to) Beijing. Personnel in Beijing are not allowed to go to the counties (cities, districts and banners) where land border crossings are located.
3. Strictly control the holding of national conferences, training and other activities in Beijing. If it is really necessary to hold it, we should adhere to the principles of "who holds it and who is responsible" and "who approves it and who is responsible". Organizers should earnestly fulfill the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, formulate special epidemic prevention plans, and strictly prevent people with epidemic risk from participating. Closed-loop management is implemented during the holding period, and personnel are not allowed to go out. All kinds of hotels and guesthouses undertaking activities should strictly implement the requirements of scanning code registration and temperature detection, and may not receive personnel involved in epidemic risk.
4. In order to minimize the risk of epidemic spread, compact the responsibility of the "four parties" and implement the "four early" requirements, on the basis of continuing to implement the existing prevention and control measures, measures to further strengthen external control and internal screening were introduced.
5. Strengthen the control of people coming (returning) to Beijing. For all personnel who come (return) to Beijing, on the basis of continuing to adhere to the original control measures, further strictly implement the personal responsibility for epidemic prevention, and report to the local community (hotel, unit, village) before or after arriving in Beijing 12 hours; Perform 1 nucleic acid detection within 24 hours and 72 hours after arriving in Beijing; Do not have dinner, get together or go to crowded places within 7 days after returning to Beijing; The advocacy unit requires employees to do 1 nucleic acid within 48 hours before returning to work, and take them home to work before the negative test results come out.
Overseas personnel entering Beijing:
1. If the entry port is Beijing, "10 day centralized isolation, 7 days home isolation" will be implemented.
2. 10 After the expiration of centralized isolation, those who are destined for Beijing need to be transported to the community in a closed loop and be quarantined at home for 7 days. Those who have no fixed residence in Beijing and do not have the conditions for home isolation will continue to be isolated for 4 days.
3. If the destination is not Beijing, you need to continue to implement centralized isolation for 4 days before leaving Beijing. During the isolation period, nucleic acid detection and antigen self-test were carried out according to the specifications.
4. If the entry port is in other parts of China, if it is isolated locally for 14 days, you can enter Beijing with reference to domestic personnel policies; Less than 14 days, in principle, not allowed to enter Beijing; Those who have been in Beijing for less than 14 days will be isolated at home 14 days, and those who do not have the conditions for home isolation will be isolated centrally.
Leave Chaoyang District, Beijing
In view of the current epidemic situation in Beijing, in order to prevent the spillover and spread of the epidemic, the capital strictly decided to go to Beijing to manage the joint prevention and control coordination mechanism. Recently, people in the middle and high risk areas of this city, people in the streets and towns where 1 cases and above are infected, people in the control area and the temporary control area, and people in the "Beijing Health Treasure" pop-up window have been strictly controlled to leave Beijing. Other personnel do not have to leave Beijing unless it is necessary, and they must hold the negative nucleic acid test certificate and the green code of "Beijing Health Treasure" within 48 hours of boarding. Airports and railway stations will strengthen inspections, and people who leave Beijing by land will also conduct spot checks. Those who leave Beijing illegally and cause the epidemic to spread will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
For commuters, the policy of entering and leaving Beijing is the same. From May 5, the first time you enter or leave Beijing, you must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. After that, there must be a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 7 days and the green code of "Beijing Health Treasure". Non-green code personnel are strictly prohibited from entering and leaving Beijing, and the relevant regulations on community prevention and control are uniformly implemented.
