Undoubtedly, modern society has brought many challenges, such as "one size fits all" fierce competition and staying ahead. This has created a perfectionist "super girl" culture. Fear of failure is a common saying, which drives excessive anxiety and leads to "exhaustion". Of course, we will not live without fear, but the challenge is to distinguish between the fears that serve us and those that hinder us.
There are many factors to cope with flexibility, or the ability to adapt to life challenges, such as flexibility, optimism, social skills, emotional management and positive self-esteem. In my opinion, one area of recovery where girls and women will benefit from architecture is trying to face their fears by building spiritual, intellectual, emotional and moral courage.
Aristotle said that courage is "the meaning between recklessness and fear". A brave man should be afraid of worry, but the right reason is to endure the fear of self-confidence. In the new challenge moment, be brave to face new challenges, practices and consequences. Learn to adjust yourself, train your thinking, change the narrative of negative assumptions, instead of blaming yourself and deceiving yourself, focus on right rather than wrong, and believe that you can get rewards through hard work. This means that when you feel strong and capable, when you "do", take out a "done" list.
In the ever-growing perfectionist world, whether it is body shape or appearance, social popularity or ability, cultivating knowledge and courage, not being afraid of others and learning to accept yourself will create a strong heart.
Parents and schools play a valuable role in helping to establish a "culture of courage", providing a stage for children and adolescents to thrive. They can do this, let them follow their passion, encourage self-realization, provide effective opportunities, teach them to "punch in" and provide positive and effective methods for their help.
However, we also need to remember that mental illness will not be maintained only by resilience. It is very important to properly support young people to return to the right track through early targeted, empirical and readily available awareness and intervention.
By providing barrier-free mental health services, we pay attention to improving our ability and adapt to the challenges faced by children and adolescents, hoping to cultivate a new generation with vitality and vigorous development.
